Field Trip Fees
- A $25 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your school’s field trip date. The deposit will be collected at the end of this registration form.
- There is a $5 fee per student, due upon arrival.
- Teachers and chaperones attend free of charge.

This field trip will be held at The Safety Place @ Cedar Ridge Park - 13300 Cedar Ridge Ave. Baton Rouge, LA 70817. Will you be able to provide transportation for your group to this location? Schools must provide.
Photo Use Permission - Will you notify The Safety Place of students who cannot be photographed? Photos are used for the purpose of promoting positive community service, outreach and programming.
Lunch is not provided, but classes may stay on-site for lunch. It is encouraged to ensure enough time. Will your group eat lunch on site?
Times can be adjusted if needed based on school's arrival time.
