I understand that all dogs / puppies sold on pet papers are NOT to be used for breeding under any circumstances and will come with a desexing clause as part of the puppy contract that needs to be signed and returned BEFORE the dog / puppy will leave our care. Furthermore, I understand that my pedigree papers will be withheld until proof of desexing is provided to MavGang.

I am aware that MavGang pet prices start at $2500 and we don’t negotiate our pricing.

I understand that there is a puppy contract that will be put in place for both the buyer and us as the breeder to sign before a dog / puppy will leave our care. In addition, all puppies sold on pet papers will come with a seperate desexing contract and pedigree papers will be withheld until proof of desexing is provided

I understand that all dogs and puppies require a $1000 non-refundable deposit to secure. Dogs / puppies will not be held or listed as sold until a deposit has been placed. More information regarding this is in our puppy contract

1. MavGang reserves the right to refuse the sale of any dog or pup to any person, business or organisation at any given time.

2. If it is found that there has been false or misleading information provided, MavGang reserves the right to cancel, refuse and refund any sale of any dog or pup at any given time before leaving the care of MavGang.

3. MavGang ensures a quality standard duty of care will be provided to any and all pups bred, raised and sold by MavGang. Please do not apply or submit if you are not in a position to or are not well prepared to, take on the responsibility of meeting the social, emotional and financial needs of a dog or puppy.
