What is required to secure my booking?
In order to secure your chosen date of the occasion, we require an upfront 50%
deposit of the final amount including all add ons and extras. If booking is within 14 days we require full payment upfront. Final payment is required in full, 1 week prior to the event date. The Slumber Co. will contact you on the Sunday 1 week before your event to finalise all details and added extras. We require 14 days notice for any cancellations or date changes.
A fully refundable $100 bond is also required on the day of drop off in cash. This will be given back in the same form on the day of pick up once an inspection of our
products has been completed.
