    This review is a short, powerful development tool that helps you reflect on your own capability, identify growth opportunities, and benchmark yourself against both global and locally relevant standards.

    At the end of the assessment, you will receive a capability maturity rating.  

    You can opt to receive a Capability Report aligned to The TFA Global Capability Standard, calibrated for local relevance by considering factors such as your organisation, industry, team size, role duration, and operating environment.

    The Report provides a personalised overview of your capability maturity, benchmarked interpretation, highlights strengths and opportunities, and includes a tailored roadmap to help you grow and win.
