We have two primary ways to work for the company. Those with a proven track record of solar sales can pursue either a part-time or full-time role with the company as a W-2 employee. Alternatively, we have many residential sales rep who simply operate on a 1099 contractor basis and sell through our company for the flexibility.

For a nominal monthly fee we provide access to our advanced CRM system, AI driven solar design and quote software, and backoffice project management team who will help faciliate post sale financing, contracts, and project management of your deals. Monthly maintenance fee is waived for consultants who close on at least (1) solar deal that month.
