Acknowledgement of Advisory Policy

By submitting your application, you agree to and acknowledge the following:

I understand that Time Inc Agency will retain 10% of all revenues generated through any services rendered within the TIA Network.

I agree to sign an Independent Contractor Agreement, Non-Compete Clause and Non-Disclosure Agreement before accessing the TIA Network as an Advisory Specialist.

I understand that all communications and service bookings must occur through approved TIA Channels and that solicitation of services outside of approved TIA Channels will consequently result in a permanent ban from the TIA Network and I will no longer be able to provide services or participate in future endeavors regarding Time Inc Agency.

I acknowledge and agree that I am an independent contractor and will maintain professional standards when interacting with individuals and teams within the TIA Network along with Time Inc Agency employees and affiliates.

I understand that any public statements or marketing involving Time Inc Agency's name, talent likeness or image must be pre-approved.

I agree that I will not share the proprietary data of client information or internal processes of Time Inc Agency with third parties without express written consent.

I certify that the information I have provided is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
