Book a Power Hour with Timea Ashraf

Please fill in the registration form below. You will also have a few questions on the next page where you can choose your time and date to make sure Timea can provide you with the best support during your session. Timea will send you a recording of the session and any worksheets or further information or guidance that you find necessary during your meeting.

This registration works as a formal contract between the "Customer", which stands for you and the "Coach", which stands for Timea Ashraf. Collectively all of the above people or businesses entering this Agreement will be referred to as the "parties".

Purpose of the Agreement

The Coach wishes to help the Customer to start or grow his/her business by providing 1-to-1 business coaching call sessions. The Customer agreed to be coached by Timea Ashraf by trusting her expertise.

Terms:

1. This Agreement has been made to support the Customer in starting or growing his/her business.

2. The Agreement is for the Coach's campaign. This campaign begins on the date when the Customer submits this form and ends maximum 12 months after.

3. Both parties will follow GDPR rules and regulations while dealing with each other's and any other 3rd party's data. All details shared between the parties will remain fully confidential.

4. The Coach agrees that she will provide personalised advice and training for the Customer. The training material can contain a pitch to one product or service that the Customer might benefit from.

5. The Customer assures that the training he/she receives won't be shared or misused.

6. The Customer understands that change will only happen with implementation.

7. The Customer understands that any action he/she takes will remain under his/her responsibility.

8. The Coach is legally bound to make an exemption of the confidentiality rules in case she detects that the Customer is in a potentially harmful situation or detects the risk of the Customer harming anyone else. In that case, the Coach is legally required to report it to the specialised 3rd parties.

9. The customer agrees that he/she will pay the fees in full when submitting this form. If the Customer doesn't turn up for the meeting, the fee is not refundable.

Termination:

The Agreement can be terminated at any time by both parties via written note.

Booked sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of the start time and a refund minus an administrative fee will be given back as a refund. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are non-refundable.
