• Discover Your Natural Response Pattern

  • This short assessment uses physical measurement patterns to identify natural biological response tendencies that influence:

    • communication
    • stress responses
    • teamwork
    • leadership dynamics
    • and decision-making under pressure.

Each step includes a brief video walkthrough showing exactly what to do.

Most people complete the process in about 5–10 minutes.

    What you’ll need:

    • A soft tape measure
    • A regular tape measure
    • A chair
    • A wall
    • A flat table surface

    What Happens Next
Complete your measurements using the short videos throughout this assessment.

On the final page, you'll complete the $97 assessment fee and submit your assessment.

After your submission is received, we'll review your measurements and prepare your Personalized Response Pattern Report, which will be emailed to you within two business days.

  • A Few Basics to Get Started

  • Biological Sex*
  • Blood Type*
  • Which statement best describes your typical caffeine experience?*
  • How does your body typically respond to dairy?*
  • Your Current Focus

  • Response patterns become most noticeable during periods of pressure, change, and increased responsibility.

These questions help connect your results to the real-world situations you’re currently navigating.

  • Long-Term Patterns & Tendencies

  • Long-term biological response patterns often influence how people respond to stress, pressure, recovery, communication, and environmental demands over time.

The questions below help identify recurring tendencies that commonly show up during prolonged stress or high-demand periods.

  • Under prolonged stress, which pattern feels most familiar?*
  • During demanding periods, what tends to happen first?*
  • Which environment tends to drain you the fastest?*
  • Which statement sounds most familiar over time?*
  • Which pattern shows up most consistently during overload?*
  • Core Measurements

  • These measurements help identify structural epigenetic patterns that begin developing before birth and continue influencing how people naturally respond to:

    • stress
    • communication
    • pressure
    • decision-making
    • and environmental demands throughout life.

The short videos below will walk you through each measurement step-by-step.

Most measurements take less than 30 seconds.

  • Waist & Hip Measurements

  • Instructions

    • Use a soft tape measure and stand naturally.
    • Measure your waist and hips as shown in the video.
    • Keep the tape level comfortably snug without restricting your breathing.
    • Round to the nearest quarter inch (for example, 34.25).
  • Head Measurements

  • Instructions

    • Use a soft tape measure.
    • Measure head length and width as shown in the video.
    • Keep the tape level and relaxed.
    • Round to the nearest quarter inch (for example, 22.75).
  • Oral Patterns

  • Certain structural features and taste-response tendencies often reflect long-term epigenetic patterning that begins developing before birth.

The examples below help identify observable patterns commonly associated with different natural response styles.

Use the photos to see what looks most like your teeth.

  • Incisor shoveling*

  • Taste Sensitivity Patterns

  • Taste sensitivity often reflects long-term biological response patterns related to sensory processing and environmental sensitivity.

The questions below help identify common taste-response tendencies associated with different natural response styles.

  • Which statement sounds most familiar?*
  • How do you typically experience dark coffee, black tea, or very bitter foods?*
  • Which experience sounds most familiar with strong flavors?*
  • How sensitive are you to artificial sweeteners or chemical aftertastes?*
  • During stressful periods, sensory overload tends to affect me:*
  • Body Structure Patterns

  • Body structure patterns often reflect long-term epigenetic tendencies related to movement, stress responses, recovery patterns, and how the body naturally adapts over time.

The examples below help identify the overall body structure pattern that most closely matches your natural frame.

  • Select the pattern that best reflects your natural build, not changes from weight loss, gain, or training.

  • Body Type Selection*
  • Torso Height

  • Image field 164
  • Instructions

    • Follow the video to measure sitting height and chair height.
    • Round to the nearest quarter inch (for example, 45.75).
  • Leg Length

  • Image field 165
  • Instructions

    • Sit with your knee bent at a right angle (90°), as shown in the video.
    • Measure upper leg length from the outer hip bone to the outer knee bone.
    • Measure lower leg length from the outer knee bone to the outer ankle bone.
    • Round to the nearest quarter inch (for example, 18.25).
  • Jaw Angle

  • Use the reference images below to choose the jaw angle pattern that most closely matches your natural jaw structure.

Focus on your overall jaw shape rather than looking for a perfect match.

  • Upper Leg Space Pattern

  • Instructions

    • Stand upright with your feet and ankles together, facing forward.
    • Gently pull pant legs outward so the inner thigh area is visible.
    • Compare your silhouette to the image and choose the closest match.

  • Wrist Structure & Handedness

    • Wrap your thumb and middle finger around your wrist at its narrowest point.
    • Note whether your fingers overlap, touch, or do not touch, and select the closest match.
  • Wrist encirclement*
    • Extend one arm with your palm facing up and gently bend your hand back.
    • Touch your thumb and pinky finger together.
    • Observe whether wrist tendons are visible under the skin and select the closest match.

    • Which hand do you use most often?
  • Dominant hand*
  • Finger Length Measurements

  • Image field 261
  • Instructions

    • Use a ruler marked in millimeters (mm).
    • Place your hand flat on a table with your palm facing up.
    • Measure from the crease at the base of the finger to the fingertip, as shown in the image.
    • Measure only the index finger (digit 2) and ring finger (digit 4) on each hand.
  • Fingerprint Pattern Selection

  • You don’t need to capture or upload fingerprints for this step.

Simply compare the fingerprint images below to the natural pattern on each fingertip and choose the closest match.

    How to do this:

    • Look at one finger at a time
    • Focus on the overall flow of the lines, not small details
    • Match your fingerprint to the image that looks most similar

    Common patterns:

    • Arch – ridges flow across without looping
    • Tented Arch – similar to an arch, with a sharper peak
    • Loop – ridges curve and exit on the same side (Direction matters, but use the image labels as your guide.)
    • Whorl – circular or spiral pattern

Choose the closest match — perfection isn’t required.

  • Right Hand Fingerprints

  • Fingerprint Crossing Lines

  • Image field 260
  • Instructions

    • Hold your hand palm-up with fingers pointing upward.
    • Under angled light, gently flex your fingers.
    • Look for fine lines that cross the fingerprint ridges and compare to the image.

  • Great job - you're almost done
