- REGISTRATION FORM and $50 fee MUST be received by 11:59PM, Wednesday, May 27. No late registrations will be accepted and no refunds will be issued after the entry deadline for any reason.
- REGISTRATION FEE can be paid via credit, debit, or PayPal at: https://form.jotform.com/ToddCountyChamber/2026ToddCountyPageantPayment OR via check or cash mailed to Todd County Chamber, PO Box 505, Elkton, KY 42220 or dropped off at the Welcome Center, 1 Public Square, Elkton.
- ATTIRE: Pageant or fancy dress for girls, suit or coordinated sportswear for boys.
- PAGEANT DAY CHECK IN will be in lobby of the Todd County Middle School. You will receive your contestant number and instructions 30 minutes prior to your category show time.
- CATEGORY SHOW TIMES:
  - Wee Miss/Mister (3-5 yrs): 11:30 AM
  - Little Miss/Mister (6-8 yrs): 1:00 PM
  - Pre-Teen Miss (9-12 yrs): 1:30 PM
  - Teen Miss (13-15 yrs): 2:00 PM
- Pageant volunteers will take charge of contestants at the backstage entry doors. 3-5 year olds can have 1 parent/guardian escort the contestant to the stage if necessary. NO ONE ELSE will be allowed in the backstage area or on-stage. This is for the safety and privacy of all contestants and will be strictly enforced. Failure to comply could result in the contestant being disqualified!
- Contestants will be introduced, walked to specified spots on the stage, and 1 girl and 1 boy will be selected from each age group as winners.
- Contestants will be judged on appearance and personality by a panel of three judges selected by the Todd County Chamber.
- AWARDS – Each Category
WINNERS: Crown, $50 Prize, Banner, and Trophy

2nd RUNNERS-UP: Trophy
