This form is due a minimum of 20 days before the 2nd Friday date you select.
Please use this form to sign up to do an activity on a 2nd Friday outside your leased space, or share your activity in your leased space during the event to be publicized.

Please use one form per 2nd Friday event.

You may submit multiple forms.

2nd Fridays are the second Friday of the month, between April and October. 2nd Fridays are 7-10pm.

You will receive written approval from the Office of the Arts staff prior to the event. During the event I, and my space, may be photographed for marketing purposes. I have ownership/copyright of the images I supplied via this form and allow the City to use them at no cost. The City reserves the right to change this process, or cancel events, at any time in the best interests of residents of the City of Alexandria.
