Please NOTE that with the recent announcement of mandatory masks in specific localities and certain businesses requiring their customers to wear masks when entering their premises (and also requiring their own staff to wear masks), we have been SUPER BUSY with big orders. We will try to fill your small orders (under 10 masks) as quickly as possible. If you anticipate plaing a large quantity ORDER, please email us ASAP so we can discuss particulars including possible staggered delivery and other details. Thanks.

Our usual shipping time ranges from 3-5 days. However, due to our explanation above, orders may take 5-7 business days to process. We are doing our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Your order will generally be shipped out via regular mail after it's processed. Mailing time will depend on Canada Post's workload and other conditions beyond our control.

Our operating hours are M-F 9am to 5pm and Sat/Sun 10am to 2pm; we will be responding to your emails and other messages during those times.

Due to the nature of our products (category: health/personal), they CANNOT BE RETURNED/REFUNDED for safety reasons. Thank you for understanding.

These masks are individually handcrafted by your Pretty Wings Team, as such, we cannot guarantee that they will all be 100% UNIFORM (like mass-produced items - i.e. imported from other countries and sold at your typical department stores); however, we can assure you that each mask was proudly sewn and created with the same love and care (and has passed our QA system). Colors on this website may vary slightly from when you see them in person, and by purchasing, you understand and accept that there will be no refund or exchange.
