Thank you for your interest in becoming a supporter and partnering with us to champion the wellbeing, inclusion, and rights of trans and gender diverse people in Western Australia. Please complete the application form below.

Our team will review your application. Once approved, you'll receive confirmation and an invoice for the relevant fee, payable within 30 days.

By signing and submitting this application form, you confirm that you are authorised to make this commitment and agree to endorse the objectives of Transfolk WA and uphold its values. You understand that this application is subject to review and approval by Transfolk WA.

Upon approval, you agree to remit payment for the selected supporter tier fee (if applicable) within 30 days of receiving an invoice.
