A research fee is REQUIRED in order to proceed with booking your trip. To avoid filling out another inquiry, do not complete the form unless you are ready to make a payment. Travel consultation is complimentary; After a consultation, a research fee is required to start planning your vacation.

Required Research Fees. Feel free to ask questions prior to payment

Flight only: $10.00( maximum of 3 flights research)

Flight and Hotel/Resort Package:$40.00( Solo traveler $20.00)(Choose this option if you would like pricing for two destinations, two hotels, and your party will travel from the same airport)

Domestic and International Hotels only: $25(Choose this option if you would like pricing for three hotels in a destination of your choice. A flight is not included.)

Luxury Group Travel: $100(Choose this option if you and your family and friends want to take a luxury vacation! (Minimum 4 and Maximum 12 members, A maximum of 3 different departure cities)

Vacation Homes: $30 (Choose this option if you would like pricing for a villa, vacation home, or cabin. Maximum of 3 vacation homes, additional 3 homes will require an additional $15 fee

Hotel and Car rental: $15( Maximum 3 hotels and 3 car rentals additional hotels will require an additional fee)

Last-minute vacation: $30 ( if the trip is under 45 days maximum of 3 flights/hotels.

Fees are non-refundable. If you decide to book the fee will go towards the booking except for Luxury Group Travel and Last-Minute vacation.

Once the research fee has been confirmed, I will send a confirmation within 2 - 3 business days with travel quotes.

Group Travel

The group leader must communicate with the travel advisor and gather all relevant information in order to plan the vacation.

Everyone must pay the deposit together at the time of booking.

If I have any questions with your inquiry, I’ll make three attempts to reach you via phone call, Facebook messenger, mobile texts & or email. If I am unable to reach you, I will assume you are no longer interested in planning a vacation. Please leave a message if I missed your call, I will return the call at my earliest convenience

Personalized Quotes

I ask that you allow 2 – 3 business days depends on the destination for a response with quotes to the email address that you provide below. This will allow me enough time to create a personalized quote based on your desired destination and budget information that's given. If I take longer than 2-3 business days, I will notify you via telephone or email.

Quotes are ONLY good for 48 hours once they have been delivered to you for review, BUT aren't guaranteed until book. Prices are subject to change until the deposit is paid. Flights only will need to book as soon the information is sent via email or mobile.

STEP 4

SECURE YOUR Vacation Investment

To secure the quoted price, most vendors require a deposit and/or full payment at the time of price quote. Being "Deposit Ready" when you receive your quote is very important.

Once prices are confirmed and you are ready to proceed with the purchase, a Credit Card Authorization will be sent requesting authorization to process your payment. We accept debit, major credit cards, and pre-paid cards such as cash app cards. We don't accept checks, wire transfers, cash, cash app, or Zelle.

The authorization form will need to be COMPLETED IMMEDIATELY. If the form isn't completed immediately another form will be sent with an updated quote.
