Trinity’s Summer Program is open to children entering first grade through children entering fifth grade in the Fall of 2023.

For SESSION I (EXPLORER), please designate below if your child has permission to attend driving field trips to NAVAL Museum, NASA Space Center, Seaport Museum, Galveston Railroad Museum, Rosenberg Library, and other walking field trips.
For SESSION II (ANIMAL ADVENTURES), please designate below if your child has permission to attend driving field trips to Moody Gardens Aquarium and Rainforest, Rosenberg Library, and other walking field trips (there will be a lof of on-campus field trips this session!)
For SESSION II (ANIMAL ADVENTURES), please designate below if it is approved for your child to attend Vacation Bible School at Trinity Episcopal Church (July 17-21)

ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT

I understand that Trinity’s Summer Program is open to children entering 1st Grade through children entering 5th Grade in the Fall of 2023. Enrollment in this program is for the entire duration of the program or for one session as indicated. Children who are not Trinity Episcopal School students must supply a birth certificate and immunization records to receive full consideration.

In consideration of the acceptance of this reservation by Trinity Episcopal School, the undersigned agrees to pay the required fees. I understand that as the parent/guardian financially responsible for the student, I am obligated to pay the full charges for the option I choose for my child, as indicated below. Fees should be paid in full upon enrollment or by the start of each Session. I understand that in signing this Enrollment Agreement for the Summer Camp, I agree to accept the rules and regulations of Trinity Episcopal School as stated in the current handbook, which can be accessed at www.tesgalv.org.
SUMMER CAMP ENROLLMENT FEE: To hold your spot for the 2023 TES Summer Camp, we request a fee of $150, which can paid via check or online.
PAY BY CHECK: I will bring a check for $150.00 to the Front Office. Please note Student Name, Summer Camp Enrollment Fee on the check.*
SUMMER CAMP TUITION: We accept Summer Session tuition payment via check to Trinity Episcopal School, delivered to the Front Office. Your Summer Session payment is due in full on or before the first day of camp. Please note your child's name and session on the check.
* NOTE: A $5.00 per minute fee is charged for children picked up after 4:00 pm. No exceptions.*
