Lacroix invites skilled and long-term care professionals to engage in a two-day advanced training session dedicated to the transition of Louisiana Medicaid payment from RUGS III to PDPM, effective in 2025. This training will highlight the forthcoming changes, offer guidance for proactive preparation, and equip participants with the necessary tools to become transformative leaders in the MDS field. • 2025 CMS survey guidance revisions overview related to MDS and documentation.
This training will provide 12 hours of CEUs approved by LABENFA.
