We agree to the following terms and guidelines. Signature required. *

Scarecrow Guidelines

Scarecrows shall meet the following guidelines:
- No straw, paper, styrofoam peanuts, or excess linens for stuffing.
- If your scarecrow has a prop, the width of the scarecrow and prop will not exceed 5 feet wide and 2 feet deep.
- No political campaigns, non-partisan or otherwise; no political party affiliated or themed scarecrows.
- No scary or disturbing images (example: headless scarecrows, scary masks, fake blood or other grotesque imagery).
- Any additional messages or signs must be approved by THV Staff.
- No items used to build or decorate the scarecrows will be returned without
  prior written approval given by THV staff.
Troy Historic Village staff reserves the right to refuse scarecrows, without refund, for failure to meet any of these guidelines. Contact Troy Historic Village staff for questions about what is accepted or allowed for display on your scarecrow.
