Volunteer Fair: Organization Booth Application
Please use this form to apply for your organization to participate in the Volunteer Fair at the Troy Community Center on April 4, 12pm - 4pm. Submitting the application does not guarantee a table during the event. If you have questions, please contact Troy Historic Village at info@thvmail.org.

All materials, decorations, and interactions are for recruiting volunteers. No sales or promotion of events is allowed. Example: we will recruit volunteers for the Troy Traffic Jam, but we are not handing out sponsorship or registration materials.
Children will be attending the event, even if you only accept adults as volunteers, all table decorations and materials must be family friendly.
No political campaigns, non-partisan or otherwise; no political party affiliated or themed materials or decorations.
No religious organizations that are evangelical in nature. Interfaith groups that are not evangelical in nature with a non-discrimination policy are allowed. Interfaith groups that include evangelism in their work will not be accepted.
The Volunteer Fair takes place on City of Troy property. All groups must comply with City regulations and organizers reserve the right to remove participants from the event.
If my organization's application is accepted, we agree to set up on April 4 from 10:30am - 11:30am and will not begin take down until 4pm - 5:15pm
If my organization's application is accepted, representatives at our table agree to have our photos taken during the event and to have those photos potentially published publicly after the event.
