Date & Time: Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Vendor Setup: Begins at 6:00 AM
Booth Completion Deadline: 10:30 AM

Important Vendor Information:
Booth Setup & Equipment:
All vendors are required to set up their booths under a tent.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, and electricity. Vendors must handle both setup and breakdown of their booth.
Product Exclusivity:
Vendor spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
To prevent duplication of products, the first vendor to register for a specific item will have exclusivity for that item.
Example: If Joe Black registers first to sell funnel cakes, and Snow White later applies to sell funnel cakes, the Harvest Festival Committee will contact Snow White to inform her that this product is already claimed. This ensures all vendors have the opportunity to maximize profits.
Exceptions: A few select food items may be allowed for multiple vendors. The Harvest Festival Committee will provide guidance on these exceptions during the registration process.
Weather Policy:
The festival will be held rain or shine. Vendors are responsible for their own protective coverings in case of rain.
Rules & Conduct:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in booths and throughout the festival area.
Vendor Fee:
There is no fee if you are an informational vendor.
$25- Chili Cook-Off
$50- Apparel, Baked Goods, Beverages, Cosmetics, Crafts, Food Vendors (under a tent), and Household Goods
$75- Food Trucks
No refunds will be issued after submission, except in cases where a vendor is informed by staff of a product duplication.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and certify that I have read and agree to abide by the rules established by True Friendship Church, Lemon Love, and Newberry Missionary Baptist Church. I understand that I am responsible for my booth setup, equipment, and product protection.
I further agree to release and hold harmless True Friendship Church, Lemon Love, Newberry Missionary Baptist Church, and the County of Lincolnton from any damages, losses (including theft of property), or personal injuries that may occur to myself or anyone working on my behalf while participating in the Harvest Festival.
