I'm absolutely thrilled to be collaborating with you and genuinely honored to have the opportunity to interview you for our series on the podcast The Meaningful Life Reset: Becoming Who She Really Is. Your expertise and unique perspective will bring tremendous value to our audience.

THE INTERVIEW
- All interviews will be pre-recorded via Zoom (capturing both video and audio)
- We will conduct two separate 10-15 minute segments
- Feel free to extend a special offer during your interview—whether it's a free gift, consultation, or other valuable resource for our viewers
THE PROMOTION

Our promotino requirements are as follows:
1. One dedicated solo email to your entire subscriber list
2. At least one social media post (additional promotional content is always welcome!)

Speaker Agreement
EXPERT INTERVIEW AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between the Expert and Desires Manifested International, LLC, represented by Sonja Tsang.

GENERAL TERMS

The Expert agrees to participate in two (2) video and audio interviews focused on the previously discussed subject area. All interviews will be recorded by Sonja Tsang.

COMPENSATION

The Expert acknowledges that participation is provided without monetary compensation and waives any right to request payment from Desires Manifested International, LLC now or in the future.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Expert retains full ownership of all intellectual content shared during the interview.

Desires Manifested International, LLC maintains exclusive ownership of all audio and video recordings and transcripts.

Desires Manifested International, LLC reserves the perpetual right to repurpose, resell, and reuse the video recording without financial obligation to the Expert.

MARKETING COMMITMENT

The Expert agrees to promote the interview through:

One (1) dedicated solo email to their entire subscriber list

AND

At least one (1) social media post following the interview release

If unable to fulfill these marketing commitments, the Expert agrees to contact Sonja Tsang directly to arrange an alternative promotional plan.

ACCEPTANCE

By signing below, I certify that I have and ACCEPT all terms contained herein, fully understand their meaning and effect, and intend to be legally bound by my signature.
