As new appointments become available, we will use this application to fill our available appointments in the most effective and efficient way possible based on availability, breed, flexibility, frequency, etc.. At this time we are requiring all new clients to stay on a regular grooming schedule of 6 weeks or less.

Pets must be picked up in a timely manner (with in the hour of notification) as soon after they are finished. For safety reasons we cannot take pets outside for bathroom breaks during their visit. If you require other arrangements for your appointment, please contact us prior to the appointment, as same day accommodations may not be possible due to limited space and scheduling.
If you are running late please call us as soon as possible. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be cancelled. A no show fee equivalent to price of the missed appointment(s) will be applied to your account.
I confirm that if at any time I test positive or come in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, I will cancel my appointment.
I verify that I will not travel outside the United States to countries that have been affected by COVID-19 14 days prior to my appointments.
If you experience any symptoms of COVID-19, have tested positive for COVID- 19, or have possibly been in contact with someone who may have/had COVID-19, you MUST reschedule your appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment due to symptoms or testing positive for COVID-19 will result in dismissal from our services indefinitely.

Due to the unknown respiratory canine sickness/virus circulating the nation, we ask that if your pet has been boarded, or mingled with other pets outside of your household, it is recommended refrain from bringing your pet in for grooming for 14 days after contact. Please contact us to reschedule. As always, any pet displaying signs of sickness or injury, including but not limited to coughing, sneezing etc. will be turned away immediately.
