1. Verification of Spring 2026 Semester Grades
Copy of official transcript OR copy of unofficial transcript AND a letter from your advisor confirming your Spring semester GPA and credit hours taken

2. Verification of Enrollment in Fall 2026
Copy of your Fall 2026 course schedule (if not included in your transcript). Fall schedule is not required if you graduated in May.

3. Donor Thank You Letter
Please attach a 1-2 paragraph letter to a UAF donor.
