    Intensive Spanish Program Declaration

    I declare that I have read and understood the information regarding the Intensive Spanish Program (Spanish Pre-session) offered by Universidad Alberto Hurtado.

    • I understand that this program involves an additional fee, separate from any academic exchange semester, and that the program fees, conditions, and details are outlined in the UAH 2027 Fact Sheet.
    • I understand that the Intensive Spanish Program takes place prior to the start of the academic semester and that, if admitted, I will be required to attend the program on the scheduled dates.
    • I also confirm that I have reviewed the information available in the UAH - Fact Sheet EN, and that, should I have any questions, I will contact the UAH Mobility Team at international@uahurtado.cl.

    Instrucciones a considerar para la fotografía:

    • El rostro debe estar completamente visible y descubierto, en primer plano (cabeza y hombros).
    • El encuadre debe estar centrado en el rostro.
    • No se deben usar accesorios que dificulten la visualización del rostro (como gorros, lentes de sol, audífonos, etc.).
    • El número de pasaporte debe estar incorporado en la fotografía.
    • La fotografía debe estar en blanco y negro. Si fue tomada a color, debe convertirse a escala de grises.
    • Fondo blanco.
    • Formato permitido: jpg, jpeg, png.
    • Peso del archivo: entre 11 y 55 kb.
    • La imagen debe ser nítida, sin exceso de luz ni sombras.

    Instructions to consider for the photo:

    • The face must be fully visible and uncovered, in a close-up (head and shoulders).
    • The face must be centered in the frame.
    • Do not wear accessories that obstruct facial visibility (such as hats, sunglasses, headphones, etc.).
    • The passport number must be included in the photo.
    • The photo must be in black and white. If taken in color, it must be converted to grayscale.
    • White background.
    • Accepted formats: jpg, jpeg, png.
    • File size: between 11 and 55 kb.
    • The image must be sharp, without excessive light or shadows
