It is based on the date of the original trip plan and is simply YYMMDDX where YY is the last bit of the year, MM is the month, DD is the day and X is the discipline (FWPS for flat water, Whitewater, Polo, or Sea kayaking). For example, a sea kayak trip on the 1st of April 2015 has a code of 150401S
