- Safe Sport
- National Team Selection
- Jury Appeals
- Safety Expectations

__________________________________________________________________________
Safe Sport. You can report a suspected violation of the SafeSport Code, the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy (MAAPP), or the USRowing Safe Sport Policy HERE. As a reminder, any suspicion of child abuse or sexual misconduct must be reported directly to the U.S. Center for Safe Sport HERE or by calling 833-5US-SAFE (587-7233).
National Team Selection. If you believe you've been wrongfully denied membership to the team, you must follow the procedures of the regatta fairness committee or selection panel as applicable. You can reach the USRowing Athlete Council HERE for more information.
Jury Appeals. Any appeal by a crew based on the decision of a jury must be addressed in accordance with Rule 2-608(f) of the USRowing Rules of Racing.
Safety Expectations. The USRowing Safety Expectations Policy guides coaches and administrators as they design or update their rowing safety programs. If you have a concern about a rowing organization's or individual's safety practices or want to report a safety incident, you can do so HERE.
Unsportsmanlike Conduct. Any unsportsmanlike conduct (as defined by the USRowing Rules of Racing) witnessed by a race official must be addressed in accordance with Rule 2-410 of those rules. Allegations of unsportsmanlike conduct by spectators at a race should be brought to the attention of the regatta director, or in the case of a USRowing-hosted event, any USRowing representative.
Organizational Member Disputes. If you have a complaint regarding a USRowing organizational member, including employment, staff policies, or other internal disputes, you must first follow that organization's local policies and procedures. If you are unable to resolve directly with that organization, you may report a concern through USRowing's Grievance Procedures.
USRowing Policy. If you disapprove of policy decisions by the USRowing Board of Directors or executive leadership, you can reach out to them directly HERE.
Referrals to Law Enforcement. If any law enforcement agency has been referred or is investigating a misconduct concern, USRowing may stay any action until the outcome of that agency's process.
