USTA Georgia Tennis Apprentice Membership Request

For players who registered for Tennis Apprentice in the past 12 months
USTA Georgia's Tennis Apprentice program includes one year of USTA membership for the players who are brand new to USTA (a $44 value).

If you have registered or completed the Tennis Apprentice program in the last 12 months and you are ready to sign up for a USTA League or play in a USTA-senctioned tournament, you can request your membership but submitting this form.

Please keep in mind that this process can take up to 3 weeks to be completed. If you need your membership sooner, there are additional steps to follow. After you submit this form, please email Susan Pierce (pierce@ustageorgia.com) for your request to be expedited.
