Welcome! Dwight Davis will be open to the public April 1 through October 30, 2026.

If your organization/group would like to book a single day, multi-day or recurring event, please complete and submit this online form.*Court usage in March will be by contract only and limited to specific activities.
- COURT RATES - 2026 SEASON - $12.00 PER HOUR PER COURT
- NO ALCHOLHIC BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT INTO THE FACILITY
- All beverage sales must be performed by the Dwight Davis Tennis Center staff
- The Courtside Shop carries food/drinks, equipment, sundries and gifts:
  - Water, sports drinks, beer, wine, seltzers, etc.
  - Protein/snack bars, candy, chips, pretzels, etc.
  - Tennisballs and pickleballs, racket/paddle rentals, grips, etc.
  - T-shirts, hats/visors, sunblock, ponchos, jewelry,and more
- Concessions: no sale of food/snacks may take place without written approval at least 30 days in advance
- Any onsite catering arrangements must be approved at least 30 days in advance of your event

RECURRING EVENT INFORMATION - TENNIS

Permanent Court Time Commitment

Permanent court time reservations represent a seasonal commitment. By requesting and accepting permanent court time, the organization or group agrees that cancellations by the permit holder are not permitted, except as outlined below.

Weather and Facility Closures
Dwight Davis Tennis Center reserves the sole right to cancel or suspend court use due to weather, unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, or other circumstances beyond its control. Such determinations shall be made at the discretion of management.

Limited Courtesy Cancellation
Each organization or group may be granted one (1) courtesy cancellation per season, provided that a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice is given. Additional cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of court time, fees, or future reservation privileges.

No-Show Notification Requirement
If a group is unable to use its scheduled court time, notification to Dwight Davis Tennis Center is required. Failure to provide notice may be treated as a no-show and subject to penalties or loss of privileges.

Court Assignment and Facility Priority
Dwight Davis Tennis Center reserves the right to assign, reassign, or relocate court assignments as operational needs require. Requests for specific courts may be submitted but are not guaranteed and may change throughout the season.

The facility further reserves the right to modify or cancel permanent court time in order to accommodate special tournaments, sanctioned events, or programs requiring full or partial use of the facility. When possible, advance notice will be provided.

RULES AND CONDUCT
I acknowledge that all members of my organization or group are guests of the Dwight Davis Tennis Center. I understand and agree that all participants must comply with all rules, policies, and procedures of the Dwight Davis Tennis Center, as they may be amended from time to time.

I further understand that failure by any member of my organization or group to comply with these rules, policies, or procedures, or to conduct themselves in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate by management, may result in removal of the individual(s) involved or termination of the group’s use of the facility, without refund.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for communicating these requirements to all members of my organization or group prior to use of the facility.
RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I understand that participation in tennis, pickleball, and related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss. On behalf of myself, my family members, guests, and all members of my organization or group, I knowingly and voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the use of the facilities and equipment of the Dwight Davis Tennis Center.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Dwight Davis Tennis Center, USTA St. Louis, their officers, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the facilities, equipment, or participation in activities at the Dwight Davis Tennis Center, including claims arising from negligence.

I further agree to be responsible for the conduct of all participants associated with my organization or group, including contractors, vendors, and guests, and to ensure compliance with all applicable rules, policies, regulations, and guidelines of the Dwight Davis Tennis Center.

I understand that permits are non-transferable and non-refundable. I further acknowledge that a security deposit and/or proof of insurance coverage may be required to reserve or maintain an event date, as determined by management.
