  Complete this form in full to register for the 2024 Tennis on Campus Section Championships (One Form Per Team)
  
  Please note that all fields are required on your roster list.
  
  The 2024 Southwest Section Championships will take place at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM on February 23-25, 2024.
  
  We will accept 12 teams this year, but can take up to 16 if there is enough interest. Each school is guaranteed one team at the Section Championships. Most schools will be able to bring more than one team, but please read below.
  
  All A teams will be accepted first, then B teams on a first come, first serve basis, and then C teams if needed. It is likely you'll be able to have both A and B teams for this event.
  
  If your school would like to bring a second or third team please, submit a separate registration form for each team. You will be notified of the status of your additional teams on February 12, 2024.
  
  A minimum of 2 men and 2 women are required for each team. Each player is required to have particpated in one Tennis on Campus event this school year (either a tournament or dual match).
  
  Each player will need to individually register for the event HERE by February 16th. There is no individual cost to register and players will need a USTA account (no cost to obtain an account)
  
  The registration fee for the championships is $250 per team. Captains will pay the team fee separately.
  
  If you prefer to pay with cash or check, you can bring that with you to the tournament to submit upon check-in.
  
  Roster changes can be made at any time prior to February 16th....meaning you can move players from B to A team, but you can't add anyone new to your rosters after the 16th. You can email me those changes as you have them.
