The USTA Southwest Section honors schools, clubs, parks and recreation facilities, local associations, etc. who are USTA Organizational members and who show exceptional service to its members in sponsoring USTA events.
Purpose: This award is given to an organizational member of the USTA for outstanding service to the local tennis community and to its individual members.

CRITERIA: Among the criteria to be considered when nominating:

SERVICE TO THE TENNIS COMMUNITY
1. Donation of facilities for amateur tournaments
2. Provision of courts to the general public for seminars, clinics, etc.
3. Provision of facilities for interscholastic play
4. Provision of facilities for USTA programs such as tournaments, leagues, player development, etc.
5. Special events (charities, wheelchair, etc.).
6. Involvement in USTA section or local area USTA affairs.

SERVICE TO YOUR MEMBERS
Junior/Adult/Senior Programs
1. Support growth of tennis through USTA programs like Jr. Team Tennis, USTA League Tennis, National Junior Tennis League (NJTL), Tennis on Campus, tournaments, and scholastic tennis.
2. Recreational Programs
3. Intersectional/Interclub Play
4. Other programs and activities that promote a positive tennis environment in community
