Ginger Renouard was a long-time local, section and national volunteer from the Southwest whose spirit and dedication for her role was only eclipsed by her overall impact on tennis in the USTA Southwest Section. Ginger was a versatile USTA volunteer who through her leadership and by her example encouraged and inspired others to become volunteers, assumed leadership roles and took on virtually every role in a volunteer capacity. She was a mentor to many, a fundraiser, and a master recruiter of new volunteers. Her lengthy USTA volunteer tenure (35+ years) brought many accolades and acclaim to our section.
PURPOSE: To recognize truly dedicated long-term volunteers who have demonstrated a high spirit and accomplishment level.

*This award at a Section level is NOT required nor is recommended to be given out annually. Keep in mind that deserving for this award,means truly exceptional above and beyond service to tennis in our area.

CRITERIA: The minimum criteria for a recipient for this award
·Minimum 20 years USTA volunteer service
·Majority of volunteer service as a USTA member of USTA Southwest
· Volunteer service in a variety of programs and/or leadership roles
· Being a mentor and an inspiration to others
