    You selected Advancement Officer. Please enter the quantitative goals first. If you have additional quantitative or qualitative goals, you can then enter them later in the form. We recommend a minimum of 3 goals; however, you are welcome to enter additional goals outside of that number. Please keep in mind that these goals should be achievable within the performance year.

    Quantitative - Objective goals that are numbers-based, countable or measurable. For example, HR has a team goal to increase visibility to our LinkedIn page by 10% as part of our employee brand initiative.

    • When entering a quantitative goal, a baseline, primary, stretch and assigned weight percentage are required.

    Qualitative - Descriptive subjective goals that are observed and measured on how it impacts the organization. For example, HR has a goal to refine our closeout process to improve candidate experience.

    • When entering a qualitative goal, you are not required to enter a baseline, primary and stretch.

    For Advancement Officer or Support you can enter both quantitative and qualitative goals. We recommend a mix of 3-5 goals for exempt and 1-2 goals for non-exempt; however, you are welcome to enter additional goals outside of that number. Please keep in mind that these goals should be achievable within the performance year. For each goal please assign a weight percentage with the overall total equaling to 100%. 

    Quantitative - Objective goals that are metrically-based, countable or measurable. For example, UTFI Talent Management has a goal to maintain 100% compliance when reviewing and approving I9 identification for new hires.

    • When entering a quantitative goal, please include numerical assignments in the benchmark, primary, stretch, & aspirational fields to ensure employee understanding.

     

    Qualitative - Descriptive subjective goals that are observed and measured on how it impacted the organization. For example, UTFI Talent Management has a collective goal that serves to provide efficiencies to current practices or procedures for each campus/institute.

    • When entering a qualitative goal, you are not required to enter in a benchmark, primary, stretch, & aspirational numerical assignments.
