Quantitative - Objective goals that are numbers-based, countable or measurable. For example, HR has a team goal to increase visibility to our LinkedIn page by 10% as part of our employee brand initiative.

Qualitative - Descriptive subjective goals that are observed and measured on how it impacts the organization. For example, HR has a goal to refine our closeout process to improve candidate experience.
