Gift Gallery Application

Digital Entry File Requirements:

Please submit 5 photos of your artwork and 1 photo of yourself in the process of creating your artwork. Images must be in jpeg format Images must have the longest side no larger than 1920 pixels. Images must be labeled as per this example: John M. Smith = Gift Gallery_JSMITH_1.jpg Gift Gallery_JSMITH_2.jpg ; entries which aren’t named correctly will not be juried.

Important Information:

The Gallery Director has the discretion to determine if artwork is display ready; Artwork must be original works of art and entirely created by the applicant. No work will be accepted into the Gift Gallery which is in violation of any copyright. UVAA reserves the right to refuse upon arrival any work that does not match the images submitted or is of unacceptable quality.

Payment to the artist is processed monthly at a UVAA commission rate of 30%. Any and all shipping to and from the Arts Center is the artist responsibility and will be billed directly to the artist when return shipping is required.

Those artists who were accepted into the Gift Gallery must check-in periodically and restock inventory on a quarterly basis; an appointment with UVAA Receptionist must be made in advance by calling 541-672-2532 or via email to reception@uvarts.com to allow enough time to release and re-stock inventory.
