**Please read before filling out the form**
This application form should be completed by the project coordinator in English.
The form requires the following information to be inputted:
- Name, position and contact details of the project coordinator
- Name, position and contact details of the Chair holder/partners who are participating in the project
In addition, the following documents need to be prepared for upload to the application form:
- Time frame for the proposed activity in pdf
- Detailed budget calculation in excel (see template)
- Endorsement letters of the respective Dean or Faculty Head, declaring the support of the envisaged project in pdf. (see template for Chair holder and for each lead academic/coordinator)

You may still edit your submission until 29 July 2022 17:00h (CEST) You will receive an e-mail with the link to your form upon submission.
Recommendation for text entry:
Copy text from your Word documents first into Notepad (or Notepad ++) and then into the longer text entry fields. Upon submission you will have access to your file in PDF to check all text is displayed correctly. This is the file that the evaluators will receive. Please note that changes can still be made until 29 July at 17:00 CET.
