Seed Funding Application Form

2025 Call for Applications
**Please read before filling out the form**

This application form should be completed by the Principal Investigator (PI) in English.

The form requires the following personal data to be inputted:
- Name, position and contact details of the PI
- Name, position and contact details of the academic leads at each additional partner university
In addition, the following documents need to be prepared for upload to the application form:
- Timeline for the proposed activities
- Detailed budget in excel (see template)
- Endorsement letters for the PI and each academic lead, signed by the respective Dean, Faculty Head or legal representative confirming eligibility and declaring support for the envisaged project in pdf. (see template)
- CVs of the PI and the academic lead at each additional partner university
- 1 image that represents the project

IMPORTANT instructions for text entry:
- Copy text from your Word documents first into Notepad (or Notepad ++) and then into the longer text entry fields, or write into the text fields directly.
- You may use the text editing functionalities embedded in the form.
- In case you copy text directly from other documents or web pages, the layout of the submission file in PDF may not correspond with the layout of the form.
- Upon submission you will have access to your submission file in PDF to check all text is displayed correctly. This is the file that the Selection Committee will receive.
You may still edit your application until 18 June 2025 at 17:00 CET through the link you will receive.
