Althea has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing. Althea holds a Master of Social Work with dual functions in organizational leadership and change and clinical psychotherapy practice. Althea also has business psychology consulting experience and leverages her experience as a psychotherapist and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor™ to utilize play in the workplace to aid in the development of individuals, teams, and the organization.

Althea was trained as a facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method by Kristen Klassen and Robert Rasmussen (The Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method) and trained as a trainer in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method by Michael Fearne (LSP Method). As a Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, she regularly uses this innovative methodology to help individuals and groups to foster creativity and connection in the work environment. LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops and coaching is designed to meet organizational needs, including but not limited to team development, leadership development, problem-solving, and change management. Althea is also an expert trainer in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, offering an innovative hands-on certification training experience both in-person and online to help you infuse creativity in the lives of others.
