Once submitted, Unishippers – MFM Partners will complete and return the Bill of Lading to the email entered at the top of this form.
IMPORTANT: If a manual bill of lading is necessary for any reason and the freight charges are billing to IBT, please ensure that the billing instructions are written on the bill of lading as listed below. If incorrect shipment details or billing instructions are listed on a manual BOL and a rebill fee is applied, your company will be responsible for all associated fees.
