All members are expected to conduct themselves at Executive Board meetings, Membership meetings and Organization sponsored events in a respectful and orderly manner and in accordance with the latest edition of Robert’s Rules of Order. All members acknowledge and accept that the only spokesperson for the Organization is the President or an individual who the President has designated to speak on behalf of the Organization. All members are expected to refrain from any actions or discourse that reflects dishonor or disgrace on the Organization or any member thereof.
