GENERAL INFORMATION
The 2025 NSRA Western Street Rod Nationals will be presented in Bakersfield, California, on April 25th, 26th & 27th, 2025, with activities to be produced and conducted at the Kern County Fairgrounds. All identification materials, windshield sticker and admission credentials will be issued at the event's registration office (based on registration schedule) upon presentation of your confirmation letter and your current NSRA membership card. No admission permitted to the event for vehicles without windshield sticker in place and no persons, regardless of age, will be permitted entry to the event without the proper credentials. Entry fee includes vehicle entry and admission credentials for two people to all activities of the event. Participants’ children sixteen and under will be furnished admission credentials free of charge. Tickets for participants’ children over sixteen will be available at the regular adult admission fee. Credentials are nontransferable after registration check-in.
ENTRY & ADVERTISING RELEASE
In consideration of this entry, car owner, entrant and spouse or guests agree to permit the National Street Rod Association the use of their names and pictures, and pictures of the vehicle for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including dvds, the internet, magazines, newspapers, radio, television and video tape) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to the National Street Rod Association. All publicity and advertising rights reserved by the National Street Rod Association.
OPERATION
Event management reserves the right to restrict entrants to acceptable behavior during any and all activities of the event. Open headers and unnecessary tire-spin, or any other reason an entrant or their vehicle, their appearance or conduct are deemed objectionable by event management, entrant and their vehicle will be subject to eviction from the premises. Any poor behavior off the event facility will be reason for denying admittance of vehicle and entrant to the event. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any act or item of poor character which the event management considers to be objectionable to the event’s well being. The National Street Rod Association is not liable for refunding entry fees except at its own discretion.
LIABILITY
In consideration of acceptance of this entry and the right to participate, entrant(s), on entrant(s) own behalf and on behalf of entrant’s guests and participants does hereby unconditionally agree to fully release, discharge and hold harmless the National Street Rod Association, the Kern County Fairgrounds, the Fifteenth District Agricultural Association, the City of Bakersfield, the State of California and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, servants and anyone else connected with the management or presentation of the Western Street Rod Nationals of and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by entrant to their person or property and the person of entrant’s guests and participants. Further, each entrant expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all of the foregoing entities, firms, persons and bodies from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrant, their participants or guests, or any individual assisting or cooperating with entrant or under the direction or control of entrant which may cause injury to the person or property of others while in attendance or participating in the activities of the Western Street Rod Nationals. Entrants agree that participation in any activities, contests or games may be limited to vehicles which have completed the NSRA Vehicle Safety Inspection, however, entrant acknowledges and agrees that entrant is no way relieved of liability nor does NSRA assume any liability of any kind or nature whatsoever upon performing a safety inspection. Entrant on entrant’s own behalf and on behalf of entrant’s participants or guests, acknowledges and agrees that in the event of any claim or controversy arising between entrant and NSRA that this Agreement has been entered into in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee and that any and all claims or controversy shall be under the jurisdiction of the Tennessee Courts in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee. The National Street Rod Association will endeavor to make all reasonable accommodations so that all aspects of this event are accessible to persons with disabilities.
