Artist Submission Agreement* Yoooo, This field is required.This Artist Submission Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [Artist's Name] ("Artist") and Vibes Media Grp ("V!BE$ 88.8SD"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." 1. Purpose: The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Artist will collaborate with V!BE$ 88.8SD for the broadcast and promotion of the Artist's music on the mobile radio platform. 2. Rights Granted: The Artist grants V!BE$ 88.8SD the non-exclusive right to play, broadcast, and promote the Artist's music on the mobile radio platform, including associated marketing materials. 3. Compensation: Any compensation, royalties, or remuneration to the Artist will be negotiated and agreed upon separately, and outlined in a separate agreement. 4. Promotion and Marketing: The Artist grants V!BE$ 88.8SD the right to use the Artist's name, image, likeness, and music for promotional and marketing purposes related to the mobile radio platform. 5. Ownership: The Artist retains all ownership rights to their music, including any copyright and intellectual property rights. 6. Indemnification: The Artist agrees to indemnify and hold V!BE$ 88.8SD harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Artist's music or related materials. 7. Term and Termination: This Agreement will be effective upon acceptance by both Parties and will continue until terminated by either Party with written notice. 8. Confidentiality: Both Parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the collaboration. 9. Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By signing below, both Parties acknowledge their agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in this Artist Submission Agreement.
