  • Please note: Salary staff must contact P&C to cash out their leave. They cannot use this form.

  • TOIL
    There is no minimum / maximum amount of TOIL hours you are allowed to cash out, this is subject to your accrued hours and your requirements.

     

    BANKED HOURS
    There is no minimum/maximum amount of Banked Hours you are allowed to cash out, this is subject to your accrued hours and your requirements.

     

    ANNUAL LEAVE
    Cashing out of Annual Leave can only occur once every financial year.

    EBA Team Members (AWU & MEAA)
    Full time team members must leave 152 hours in their accruals balance after the cash out. Part time team members must leave an average of what they have worked over the previous 6 months. For example, if you work 30 hours on average per week x 4 weeks = minimum 120 hours must be left in accruals after cash out. WFP can assist you with your average hours worked.

    Award Team Members (SWR, TG, & Nurses)
    Award team members cannot cash out more than 2 weeks leave per financial year, based on the same criteria as above.

     

  • Provided you have submitted your form in a timely manner as per Pay Office requirements, this will be paid out in the next fortnightly pay run. Request must be submitted to WFP by no later than a Tuesday before pay closes.

  • Should be Empty:
