Active Student Organization Request Fall 2025 Logo
  • Active Student Organization Request Form Fall 2025

Is your student organization active? For clubs, fraternities, sororities, and honor societies (referred to as "student organizations" throughout the rest of the form), we require you to request 'active' status each semester. It gives us accurate contact info so that we can promote your student organization and keep you informed. This is also necessary for liability purposes when you conduct activities. In order to be active, you must have 5+ members, a faculty/staff advisor, a 2+ person executive board, and a constitution (template online). If you need help finding an advisor, we maintain a list of potential names.
