Agreement Intro*

This document is the Videography Services Agreement between Vadeshot (Vadym Bridkovyi) (the “Contractor”) and you (the “Client”).Please read the entire Agreement. If you have any questions, contact the Contractor before submitting.By checking the required boxes, typing your full legal name, and submitting this form, you provide your electronic signature and confirm that you: have read and understood the Agreement, agree to be bound by its terms and policies, are authorized to sign on behalf of all parties receiving the services.You will be able to preview this Agreement before submission and you are encouraged to save or print a copy for your records.I have read and agree to the Agreement terms and policies. Coverage Coordination (Videography).*

To ensure consistent results, Vadeshot will coordinate all videography at the Event. Please do not book additional paid videographers without prior approval. Guests are welcome to record for personal use as long as they don’t block cameras/aisles, lighting, or audio. Venue rules and safety (incl. drone restrictions) apply.

Coverage Hours & Arrival*

Coverage Hours & Arrival. Vadeshot will confirm arrival time with the Client prior to the wedding date and will remain on duty for the number of hours included in the selected package. Coverage hours apply to the wedding date only and must be continuous (consecutive).Any overtime requires mutual consent and is billed at 150 CAD/hour (rounded to the nearest 30 minutes).

Artistic Style / Creative Discretion*

Artistic Style. The Client confirms they are familiar with Vadeshot’s portfolio and are booking services with knowledge of our evolving style. Wedding videography is unique and artistic; in filming and editing we will use our independent creative judgment (shot selection, pacing, color grading, sound design, and music choices) to produce films consistent with our shared vision of the event.Accordingly, the delivered films may not be rejected on the basis of taste or aesthetic preferences. Specific shots, angles, or moments are not guaranteed unless agreed in writing in advance.

Force Majeure / Failure to Perform

Force Majeure. If Vadeshot is unable to comply with this Agreement due to events beyond its control—including, without limitation, illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseeable equipment failure—Vadeshot’s liability is limited to a refund of all amounts paid.Where feasible, Vadeshot will use commercially reasonable efforts to source a comparable substitute videographer; if a substitute is not available or not accepted by the Client, the refund is the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy. Vadeshot is not liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.

Cancellation by Client*

Cancellation by Client. The Client may terminate this Agreement for any reason within 5 days from the date the retainer/down payment is made. If the Client terminates within this period, the retainer is non-refundable.Termination must be in writing (email/text accepted). Rescheduling may be requested subject to availability and the Contractor’s written approval.
