    Please use the following form to either register for the CEO Roundtable series (if you've already received an email invitation) or apply to join the CEO Roundtable. Seats for each roundtable group are limited.

  • Before you continue, please review the program acceptance criteria:

    • Applicant must be the CEO or equivalent of a biotech, medical device, health IT, or similar company
    • Principal place of business must be in San Antonio or the surrounding region
    • Company should have at least 3 but not more than 100 employees or full time equivalent
    • Company must be currently operating and beyond the idea stage
