Didn't receive the correct change after inserting coins or notes?

Vending machines can only provide coins as change via a coin float. On occassion, if the same types of coins have been dispensed more than anticipated, they can run out of change. When this happens, the vending machine will display a message to

"Use Exact Change Only"

If this message (or similar) was displayed at the time of your transaction, the machine is unable to provide you with change.

Only the exact amount should be entered for the selected product.

Advising us of this "No change" issue allows us to resolve it to ensure that correct change can be provided in the future.

Sorry it hasn't worked out. This vending machine has possibly been shaken causing an issue that has prevented your money from being returned and / or product being vended. This form will allow us to schedule a maitnenance call and attempt to reduce any further inconvenience to you and other customers.

Any jammed coins will be returned as will non vended products.
