Part 2: Granting Access

In this form, we will ask for your help giving our team access points to relevant platforms. Each is explained with step-by-step directions, so don't stress! At any point, if you don't have the ability to grant access, or just aren't comfortable doing so at this point, select no and skip to the next step.

Estimated time to complete: 30 mins

Before getting started, please note whether or not your Venture plan includes Ad Management. If yes, we will prompt you for additional access points to Meta & Google. 

Please follow these steps to provide us Admin access to your Facebook Business Manager:

1. Open Facebook Business Settings
2. In your Business Settings navigation (left side of the page) you will see Users, below that click People
3. Click the blue button to Add People (top right)
4. Add your media lead:
   Taylor Cheers: taylor@venturemusic.com
   Jacob Reinmiller: jacob@venturemusic.com
   Luke Brannen: luke@venturemusic.com
5. Toggle on Admin Access
6. Click Next
7. Select Asset Type: leave as is
8. Select Assets: choose the artist we're onboarding
9. Page: scroll down to select Facebook access
10. Click the blue button to Invite

 

Creating a Facebook Business Manager Account:

If your Facebook Page does not already have a Business Manager - please follow this link to Create a Business Manager Account before we get started.

Once created, please return to follow the steps above.

Please follow these steps to provide us Admin access to your Google Ads Manager:

1. Open Google Ads Manager
2. On the top right side of the page, click the wrench icon that says Tools & Settings
3. Under Setup, click Access & Security
4. Select the blue + button to add a new user
5. Enter email: info@venturemusic.com
6. Select Admin
7. Click Send Invitation

 

Creating a New Google Ad Account:

If you don't already have a Google Ad Account you can create one by clicking here. It only takes a minute!

Once set up, please follow the steps above.

Please follow these steps to grant access to TikTok for Artists:

1. Visit TikTok for Artists
2. Click artist photo in top right
3. Click Manage Team
4. Click Action > View > Invite Member

Please enter the following info:

• Name: Venture Music
• Business Email: info@venturemusic.com
• Role: Other
• Access: Edit

Please follow these steps to grant access to Spotify for Artists:

1. Visit artists.spotify.com
2. Click the artist thumbnail on the top left
3. Select: Your Teams
4. Find artist's name, then click the blue Invite button (top right)
5. Please fill out the form with the info below
6. Choose Admin as the access level
7. Click to Send Invite

Please enter the following info:

• First Name: Venture
• Last Name: Music
• Business Email: team@venturemusic.com
• Role: Other, Advertiser
• Company: Venture Music

Please follow these steps to grant Manager access to Apple Music for Artists:

1. Sign in to your account on a web browser
2. Go to the Account tab, then click + button in the Users section.
   Note: If you belong to more than one artist profile, be sure that you have selected the correct artist.
3. In the Invite User window, please enter: Venture Music, info@venturemusic.com
4. Select the user’s role: Admin
5. Click Invite User

Please follow these steps to grant Admin access to Amazon Music for Artists: Note that Amazon Music for Artists is available on both the web and mobile. 

1. Navigate to Artist's Page
2. Click the artist's Profile Photo icon in the top right corner
3. Select Manage Team Members
4. Click on Add Team Member
5. From there, you’ll be prompted to enter our information:

• Name: Venture Music
• Email: info@venturemusic.com
• Role: Manager
• Access: Admin 

 

How to Claim an Artist's Page:

1. Navigate to Artist's page
2. Click the artist's Profile Photo icon in the top right corner
3. Select Claim This Artist
4. Fill out the requested application fields

Note, if you use CD Baby, DistroKid, or TuneCore, you will get instant access to Amazon Music for Artists if you authenticate using your distributor account login. 

How to access on the web:

1. Go to studio.youtube.com
2. On the left-hand side, click Settings
3. Click Permissions
4. Click Invite and enter email address: info@venturemusic.com
5. Click Access and select the role you’d like to assign
   Assign Role: Manager
6. Click Done

How to access in the YouTube Studio app:

1. Open the YouTube Studio app
2. Tap your profile picture
3. Tap Settings in the menu
4. Tap Permissions in the settings menu
5. Tap Invite and enter the email address: info@venturemusic.com
6. Select the role you’d like to assign: Manager
7. Tap Send invitation
8. Click Save
