*To learn the Creighton Model thoroughly requires a total of about 8, 1-hour follow up classes with the FertilityCare Practitioner (Tina Anghilante) over the course of 12 months. The first 5 follow up classes happen in the first 3 months. Sessions are paid for individually at $50 per class.

At Veranova Health, we are pleased to offer this Introductory group session so that a woman or couple can gain the needed overview of the Creighton model to decide if it is the correct method for them. At the end of the class, you will have the information you need to begin charting, but the charting materials are purchased separately for $30 when you register with Tina for your first individual session.

Any registration for education is not consider health information shared with medical providers. If you wish to establish care at the clinic, you would need to do so by calling or visiting the clinic during its hours of operation and registering as a patient. Education registrants are not patients and are not held as such in any clinic records.
