  • In order to be elligible for financial assistance through Veritas Academy, all families MUST first apply for financial assistance through TEFA (Texas Education Freedom Act) and ACE Scholarships. 

     

    This form needs to only be filled out once for all students in the family. Please be as complete and detailed as possible so that we are able to make informed decisions. To be considered in the first round, please complete this form no later than March 7th. To be considered in the second round, please complete this form no later than May 9th.  

    Financial information should be included for ALL income earners in the household. All information will be kept confidential.  We will reach out for clarification of information if needed.
