First Responders (Police, Firefighters, EMTs) – Frequent exposure to emergencies, trauma, and life-threatening situations.

Nurses & Healthcare Workers – High patient loads, emotional toll of caregiving, long hours, and compassion fatigue.

Therapists & Social Workers – Secondary trauma, emotional labor, and complex client needs.

Teachers & Educators – High demands, limited resources, and emotional involvement with students.

Corrections Officers – Stressful and potentially dangerous environment, with limited outlets for emotional expression.

Substance Use & Mental Health Counselors – Constant exposure to others’ trauma and recovery challenges.

Caregivers (including family caregivers) – Emotional burnout from ongoing care of loved ones or clients.

Nonprofit & Community Workers – Pressure to meet community needs with limited support and funding.

Clergy & Spiritual Leaders – Emotional burden of guiding others, often without prioritizing their own wellness.
