TRAVEL INSURANCE

For your protection, Travel Insurance is strongly recommended and available upon request from Cerchio Travel. You can enroll for travel protection for Medical Expenses, Baggage Delays/Loss, Trip Delay or Cancellation, and other coverage. Cerchio Travel can provide quotes and arrange coverage for you.

To decline recommended travel insurance, your signature on this insurance waiver form is required. Final travel documents (tickets, vouchers, etc.) cannot be sent to you prior to receipt of the signed insurance waiver

During the process of planning your trips, I may make Reserve Now-Pay Later bookings on your behalf, and bookings with a cancellation window to allow you to review and confirm them.

Consultation Fee (FIT) for Customized Planning (multiple components; fee per booking). A $350 fee is charged upfront and is retained whether or not booked; it is not applied to total cost of booking. Fees applicable to your trip will be discussed during the initial consultation. The fee covers the time spent generating quotes and creating a custom webpage for your trip, and agent advice "door-to-door".

Most fees listed on the services page are "ala carte" fees that I generally do not charge for most bookings. Click here to pay the FIT fee.
