We’re so glad you’re interested in hosting a Vision House Giving Tree—whether at your church, workplace, or home. This special holiday tradition allows your community to share hope and joy with local families by choosing meaningful gifts that reflect God’s love in action.

Just fill out the form below, and we’ll send you everything you need: gift tags for your tree, setup instructions, and a flyer with a QR code to our online Gift Catalog. All you need is a small tree and a heart to serve.

This year, we will once again offer Giving Tree tags that have links to our online gift catalog.

Individuals will take a tag as a reminder to visit our online Giving Tree Catalog and choose a gift that will support a family during the holidays.

How many tags would you like for your tree? We typically send 25 tags to start and we can always send you more if you are running low.
