2025 PREMIER VOLLEYBALL LEAGUE
The Premier Volleyball League (PVL) is the highest level of weekly volleyball played in south-east Queensland, and is offered annually to Affiliates and Associate Affiliates of Volleyball Queensland (VQ). This competition will consist of four (4) tiers: Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3, and the Youth Tier. Tiers 1-3 are played on Sundays, while the Youth Tier is played on Friday nights.
The PVL season commences on Sunday 27th April 2025 through to Sunday 14th September 2025.

ABOUT THE ROLES:
This role will be offered on a casual basis; there is no firm advanced commitment, and the rostering of staff will be done on a week-to-week basis.
PVL Venue Operations Staff will be required for both Sunday (Tier 1 - Tier 3), as well as Friday nights (Youth Tier) across the competition period.
- Approximately two (2) to four (4) Venue Managers will be required on both Sunday and Friday;
- Approximately three (3) to four (4) Operations Assistants will be required on Friday only;
- Approximately two (2) to four (4) Referee Coaches will be required on Sunday and Friday.
VQ is seeking a pool of PVL Venue Operations Staff for rostering each week.
- Successful applicants for this role should not expect a regular pattern of work/hours.
- Successful applicants may accept or reject their rostering based on their availability.
REMUNERATION
Remuneration for the roles are as follows:
Venue Manager: $37.06 per hour
Referee Coach: $35.38 per hour
Operations Assistant: $35.38 per hour
- Superannuation 11.5% under the SGC provisions.
- Payment is made on a fortnightly basis.

- All successful applicants must undergo a mandetory training and breifing prior to staring this role. This includes applicants who have worked with Volleyball Queensland in the past.
- Previous venue management expereince is a requirement
- A Working with Children Check (Blue Card - PAID) is required.
